The world’s number one premium gin, Bombay Sapphire, launched the Artistry in Alchemy cocktail menu at the SUSHISAMBA London’s Tree Terrace. Designed to celebrate the artful creation of Bombay Sapphire and its vapour infused 10 botanicals, guests can discover a new menu of alchemistic serves through August 30th.

Created SUSHISAMBA’s Head of Spirit and Cocktail Development Richard Woods, the cocktail list features an alternative selection of avant-garde serves. Taking inspiration from the worldly botanicals found in every drop of Bombay Sapphire, the menu brings together unusual ingredients from around the world, including Matcha green tea, yuzu juice, kaffir lime leaf and coffee infused aromatised wine.

Each serve will provide a truly memorable drinking experience for discerning cocktail lovers. And, the unique setting at the Tree Terrace is the perfect location for gin enthusiasts to experience the Artistry in Alchemy this summer. Click here to download the menu.

ARTISTRY IN ALCHEMY MENU

YUZU GIN FIZZ
Bombay Sapphire, yuzu juice, shiso infusion. Served long and lightly carbonated.

MAYAN ROSE
Bombay Sapphire, coffee infused aromatised wine, swizzled through crushed ice with pistachio and pineapple. Served long.

MATCHA PUNCH (to share)
Star of Bombay, banana and pineapple mixed with a matcha green tea infusion – served for a group.

YUZU MARTINEZ
Bombay Dry, sweet vermouth and maraschino liquor stirred with a yuzu infusion and served ‘up’.

THE FINE FENNEL
Fresh slices of green bartlett pear, fennel leaves, Bombay Sapphire and Fevertree Tonic Water.

COCONUT & KAFFIR GIMLET
Bombay Dry shaken hard with an infusion of kaffir lime leaf, coconut and a citrus. Served ‘up.’
