Celebrating Peru’s rich culinary heritage​, SUSHISAMBA and Michelin starred LIMA are joining forces for a unique culinary collaboration: Peru at New Heights.

Claudio Cardoso and Andreas Bollanos of SUSHISAMBA welcome Virgilio Martinez of Central in Lima, Peru (no 4 in San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants) and Robert Ortiz of LIMA London for this Peruvian-inspired evening.

Tickets cost £150 per person and include an 8-course sharing menu created exclusively by Chefs Virgilio and Claudio, a Peruvian-style welcome cocktail plus DJs to party the night away in SUSHISAMBA’s restaurant and bar.
