RÉVEILLON – Pomegranate molasses, Japanese citrus, muddled grapes and spiced sugar. Churned through crushed ice and spiked with Pisco.

35ml pisco

25ml white wine

25ml cinnamon sugar

6-8 red seedless grapes

1 bar spoon pomegranate molasses

How To:

  1. Muddle, pour in ingredients
  2. Churn through crushed ice
  3. Garnish with large mint sprig, red grape and a dusting of icing sugar.
  4. Served in 14/15oz bamboo glass
